Le restaurant Fès à Midelt
Run by driss, in the middle of town, is a good, if not very cheap option. but very nice food indeed and a great owner.
The food in the hotel Ayachi restaurant is not that bad either, especially the apple-pie is quite good. Remember that Midelt is in the middle of the apple-producing region of Morocco!
