Metro Line 2 runs under Nanjing Road for much of the way, intersecting with Line 1 and line 8 at People's Square.

Consisting of three parts -- the main hall, the hallway and the lounge -- Pudong International Airport's T2 has a combined floor space of 546,000 square meters. With T2 in operation, Pudong can now handle 490,000 flights annually, with a passenger capacity of 60 million.
