Delaware (http://www.delawarenet.com/) is in Mid-Ohio and is a small, quaint town in the Columbus region of Mid-Ohio. Delaware is home to the liberal Ohio Wesleyan University. It is the birthplace of Rutherford B. Hayes, the 19th President of the United States of America. His Presidential Library and home is located in Fremont, Ohio.
