Budget
Bellahøj Camping
As cheap as it gets, and as close as it gets to the city center for camping. The camping ground has a small shop, and rents out bikes for 65 Kr/day. Only open in summer July 1st-August 31st.
Sleep-in Green
This place you can crash in the rather spartan bunk beds, and do your bit for the evironment - with 2nd hand furtiture, organic breakfast, and toilets flushing in rainwater etc. Open from May to the end of October.
Sleep In Heaven Hostel
Right around the corner from Tjili Pop - a local bar. Pretty spartan conditions, except for the common area and toilets which are recently renovated, but the only real backpackers style accommodation in town - along with the sidekick Sleep-in Green - with a outdoor beer garden, a pool table, free lockers and free internet. The staff are young and friendly and the place is clean. Alcohol from outside cannot be consumed inside the premises although you can buy beer and wine from the counter.
Bellahøj Youth Hostel
Nice clean hostel, with shared kitchen, TV lounge, laundry facilities and a Foosball table available. The outdoor garden area is really nice, with barbecue, a mega size chess game, and benches available. Strict enforcement of no-alcohol policy though.
Midrange
Hotel Nora
Nice location near the lakes and the good shopping and nightlife options in the district. Newly renovated 2002, and it comes with free wireless internet and breakfast buffet.
Leda Hotel
A 44 room hotel on a sidestreet to Frederikssundsvej, close to Nørrebro station, run by 3 very dedicated girls. Decorated as a traditional danish Inn.
