Buckeye
Near Bridgeport are several hot springs, including Buckeye a few miles west of town, and Travertine about a mile south. You can call 760-932-7070 for information, wilderness permits, and wood cutting permits. We do have areas that are open all year for wood cutting. This is a nice place to visit for fishing, hiking, backpacking, ATV riding and camping.
