Redcliffe has Hornibrook Bus Lines. There is no train station, and ferry services are found in Brisbane, not Redcliffe.
The local bus services do go throughout the peninsula on a regular basis. They also extend to Chermside, Caboolture and Brisbane City centre.
You can almost walk everywhere from the middle of the peninsula, but you can certainly bicycle everywhere on the peninsula.Everything is withing 5 minutes drive.
