South Melbourne is south of the CBD & north of the Albert Park Lake which hosts the Australian Grand Prix. It is a secret jewel of Melbourne. Centred around Clarendon Street which connects to Spencer Street. The whole district has been settled by Greeks and Italians quite near to where they first landed at the Port of Melbourne.
